Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing products or services through our website or app. By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Delivery

1.1 You must reside within our delivery area. Select a valid delivery date/window and provide accurate address details. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect addresses.

1.2 We deliver to your front door. Ensure safe access and necessary approvals at the delivery address.

1.3 If you specify a provider address, delivery is completed upon drop-off. Re-delivery may incur extra fees.

1.4 We aim for your chosen window but aren’t liable for delays beyond our control; we’ll notify you promptly.

1.5 We cannot guarantee windows shorter than five days.

2. Service Availability

2.1 Orders are accepted only from residents of our Service Areas via the app with a valid email and delivery address.

3. Your Status

  • You are legally capable of contracts;
  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • You are a resident of a Service Area.

4. Contract Formation

4.1 After your order, we send a confirmation text. Each accepted order forms a separate contract under these terms.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 We may accept or reject orders for any reason. If rejected, we’ll notify you within four days.

5.2 Cancel by 11:59 PM IST, 3 days before your next delivery to avoid charges. Contact +91 99224 49040.

6. Price

6.1 We reserve the right to adjust prices with 14 days’ notice via email or app. You may suspend services to avoid new pricing.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Report damaged or defective products within 14 days with evidence. Approved refunds processed within 14 days.

7.2 Other refund requests are considered at our discretion. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days, typically as a credit to your Kitchen Club Wallet.

7.3 No refunds for incorrect address entries.

8. Liability

8.1 Information is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

8.2 Product images are indicative; actual items may vary by season.

8.3 We don’t guarantee uninterrupted app access or error-free service.

8.4 Internet transmission is at your risk; we safeguard data once received.

8.5 We aren’t liable for indirect losses related to app use.

8.6 Consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 remain unaffected.

9. Scam Alerts

9.1 Beware of fake communications. We never ask for personal/financial info directly in email or calls.

9.2 Forward suspicious messages to support@kitchenclubindia.com.

10. Suspension & Termination

10.1 We may refuse service or cancel orders for breaches or fraud.

10.2 Suspended accounts are refunded pending verification.

10.3 You may stop using the app anytime.

10.4 We may discontinue the app; accepted orders remain valid or refunded if products are unavailable.

11. Safety

11.1 Do not use the app while driving or refueling.

12. App Usage

12.1 The app supports Android 3rd gen+ and iOS equivalents. We collect technical data for updates and support.
