Terms and Conditions


  1. 1. DELIVERY

    • 1.1 You must live in our delivery area to order. During the ordering process, you must select a date/delivery window for us to deliver the Order to you. You agree to provide us with complete and accurate information that we ask you to provide to enable us to fulfil an Order. Please take care when specifying your delivery address as refunds will not be given if you enter an address incorrectly.
    • 1.2 Delivery windows vary by category. We will deliver the Products to the front door of your nominated delivery address. You must make all appropriate arrangements to assist and allow us to deliver the Products, including ensuring safe access and obtaining any prior security or other approvals which may apply to the Delivery Address.
    • 1.3 If you inform us of a provider, your Order will be delivered to the provider’s address, and Kitchen Club will not be responsible for the Order once delivered. If it is not accepted by the provider or returned to our warehouse, additional delivery charges may apply for any re-delivery of your Order. We will contact you in either situation.
    • 1.4 We will aim to deliver during the window that you select. However, if an event occurs that is beyond our control, then we may not be able to do so and will not be liable to you or any other person for any such delay. In this instance, we will endeavour to provide you with notice of the delay as soon as reasonably possible.
    • 1.5 We cannot commit to a smaller delivery window (less than five days). We will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee special requests.

    • 2.1 The App is only intended for use by people residing in nominated areas (Service Areas). We do not accept orders from individuals outside those Service Areas. Customers must provide a valid email ID and delivery address for all Orders received online. We do not accept Orders by phone.

    • 3.1 By placing an order through our App, you warrant that:
      - you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
      - you are at least 18 years old; and
      - you are a resident in one of the Service Areas.

    • 4.1 After completing the order process on the App, you will receive a text from us acknowledging that we have received your order. An Order will relate only to the Product or Service you have ordered. Each Order that we accept results in a separate binding agreement between you and us for the supply of those Products or Services. For each Order accepted by us, we will supply the Products or Service in that Order to you following these Terms and Conditions.

    • 5.1 We reserve the right to accept or reject an Order for any reason, including if the requested Product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the Product description posted on the App or in an Order.
    • 5.2 If we reject an Order, we will endeavour to notify you of that rejection at the time you place an Order or within four days after you submit an Order.
    • 5.3 You are not permitted to purchase any items for resale to a third party or trade purposes. If we have a concern with the quantity of item/s you have ordered, we will endeavour to contact you when you place an order. If we refuse an Order on or before delivery, but after our relevant weekly order cut-off, a full refund, less any discounts, will be made within 10 Business Days.
    • 5.4 Just be sure to cancel by 11:59 pm IST 3 days prior to your next scheduled delivery so we can alert our responsible teams. Please note, you will be responsible for all charges incurred for already processed Orders. If you wish to cancel an Order, please contact us on +919922449040.
  1. 6. PRICE

    • 6.1 From time to time, we may need to revise the price of the Products. For any price variations in relation to the Services, we will provide notice by email or on the App no less than 14 days before the changes take effect. You do not need to do anything to accept the change in price. You are under no obligation to accept the price revision and may suspend or deactivate the Services before Products are delivered under the new pricing plan.

    • 7.1 If you consider that any Products sent to you are damaged or defective or fail to comply with any guarantees, you can notify us and we will examine the receiveddigital or physical evidence of the defective Product and will notify you of the outcome via email or text within 14 days. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via email or text that you were entitled to a refund.
    • 7.2 If you seek a refund for any other reason, you can request a refund by email tosupport@kitchenclubindia.com,and we will consider each request at our reasonable discretion. We will notify you of the outcome of your refund request via email or text within 14 days. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days of the day we confirmed toyou via email or text that you were entitled to a refund.We will usually refund any money received from you by providing a Credit note into Kitchen Club Wallet.
    • 7.3 Please take care when specifying your delivery address as refunds will not be provided for if you enter an address incorrectly.

The following paragraphs exclude or limit our liability for your use of App/ Website. They all apply so far as the law permits.

    • 8.1 While we have taken reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, currency, availability and completeness of the information contained on the App/ Site, that information is provided in good faith and on an “as is“ and “as available“ basis and we do not make any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, as to the reliability of the information.
    • 8.2 You acknowledge that the Products displayed on the App are not an exact sample and are indicative only and that the Products you receive may vary from those displayed according to seasonal availability.
    • 8.3 To the extent permitted by law, we do not represent or warrant that the App/ Site will always be available, that access will be uninterrupted, that there will be no delays, failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information.
    • 8.4 Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk. Nevertheless, once we receive your transmission, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of such information. Collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information are also subject to our Privacy Policy.
    • 8.5 To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage, however, caused (including through negligence), which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use of, attempted use of, or inability to use the App/ Site or any linked website, nor do we accept any responsibility for any such loss arising out of your use of or reliance on information contained on or accessed through the Site.
    • 8.6 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit your rights as a consumer under the Consumer protection act 2019.
    1. 9. SCAM ALERTS

      • 9.1 From time to time, Radheya Group identifies emails, texts and phone scams that claim to be an authentic communication from Kitchen Club. They are often specially designed to look genuine, and often copy features from genuine communications such as our logo and branding. The links contained in these scam messages direct you to fake websites that will look like legitimate Kitchen Club branded websites but will often have a slightly different address that is not associated with any of our brands.
      • 9.2 Scams are attempts by online criminals to gain access to your personal or financial information. Everyone is a potential target for online criminals who specially craft scam messaging to trick you into giving out your personal or sensitive information.
      • 9.3 Please note that Kitchen Club will never email, message, or call you to ask for your personal or financial information including your password, credit card details or account information. Our correspondence will prompt customers to log-in to their Kitchen Club account if we require you to update your personal information.
      • 9.4 If you receive any suspicious messaging from Kitchen Club, please forward it directly to support@kitchenclubindia.com.

        • 10.1 We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate membership and/or remove or edit content if we, (acting reasonably), believe that you have acted in breach of these terms and conditions or have used the App in a fraudulent or improper manner. Kitchen Club also reserves the right to otherwise cancel Orders in accordance with section 5.
        • 10.2 If we lock, suspend or delete your account under section 3.1, then we will refund all credits that you are entitled to receive under these terms and conditions by direct deposits to your designated account once we have conducted all our verification and other applicable checks.
        • 10.3 You may stop using the App at any time and for any reason.
        • 10.4 We may stop making the App (or any part of it) available without any prior notice. If so, any Orders that we have accepted will not be affected by this unless the products that have been ordered are unavailable or we are prohibited from supplying the products, in which case, we will inform you and will refund to you all binding payments received by us for those products.
      1. 11. SAFETY

        • 11.1 Do not use Kitchen Club App whilst driving or refuelling your vehicle as it is dangerous.
      1. 12.APP USAGE

        • 12.1 This App has been tested and operates on the open-source third generation and above. By using this App you agree that the Application Provider may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to enable the provisions of software updates, products support, and other services to you correlated to the Licensed Application.
