1.a Q: How do I register for membership?

A: You can easily register by clicking “Apply for membership” on the website www.kitchenclubindia.com

Kindly follow the instructions & fill all information along with your mobile number and validate it with the OTP. On submission, you will be registered with us.

1.b Q: Are there any charges for membership registration?

A: YES. Charges for a lifetime membership is Rs. 500 only

1.c Q: Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Kitchen Club?

A: YES, you can only shop through the App, once you complete the registration.

2.a Q: What is My Profile Account?

A: Your account profile is a snapshot of your personal information, orders and wallet.

2.b Q: How do I reset my password?

A: To reset your password, go to your profile to edit personal details > password > reset password > Generated OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number > change password OR Hit Forgot password on the login page, and once you’ve entered the email address attached to your account, we’ll send you an email to reset your password.

2.c Q: What is My Shopping List?

A: The list of all your product/item selections will appear in your shopping list with the quantity selected and calorie details.

3.a Q: What are the modes of payment?

A: we have multiple modes of payment integrated with our apps. According to your choice, you can either pay by various credit or debit cards, net-banking & UPI.

3.b Q: Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?

A: No, all prices of each and every product shown on the App is inclusive of GST. However, the tax invoice of your purchases shall always have the bifurcation of GST paid to the Government.

3.c Q: Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on Kitchen Club?

A: The Kitchen Club offers you protection against fraud and security. You’ll also need to use an OTP provided by your bank for all transactions. As an additional layer of security, your personal information is also secured in the Kitchen Club App.

3.d Q: Is service available for cash on delivery?

A: NO, we do not accept Cash on delivery but as a provision for senior citizens, we accept pre-paid monthly cheques which will be credited in your Kitchen Club App Wallet to be used by the members. We only take card payments because it lets us provide you with the best possible experience. It creates a safer working environment for the delivery executive too. Feel free to tip your delivery executive in cash.

3.e Q: If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?

A: You will receive credit notes in your wallet in the Kitchen Club App. 

3.f Q: What is Kitchen Club Wallet?

A: Your Kitchen Club Wallet consists of any active balance on your account - Any cheques credited on behalf of the member and any credit notes applied on the account.

4.a Q: When will I receive my order?

A: You will receive your order 5 days after you have successfully placed your order. Our delivery days are Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays for all fresh produce and groceries.But, please remember to order five days prior to your desired delivery day.

4.b Q: How will the delivery be done?

A: Each order is barcoded for tracking and transparency purposes. Once the order is on board for delivery, you will be given a time frame for your delivery on the Kitchen Club App.

4.c Q:How much are the delivery charges?

A: No charges. It is free for our valued Kitchen Club members.

5.b Q: What are your timings to contact customer service?

A: Our online customer support is 24x7 but if you need to speak to us, call us between 9:00am to 5:00pm.

6.a Q: How we can Order?

A: We value your time and comfort while ordering. When you are ordering for the first time please go to Home page >catalogue section > select the items from the list and don’t forget to add the products in your wish-list. This will save your time and will help you to add the respective products directly into the basket for your next/consequent orders. Likewise, you have an option of selecting the products from ‘Last Order’ list. Along with this, you can add the items straight from ‘search’ option or through catalogue list. All the options are by click to facilitate easy ordering process and to enhance your kitchen Club experience.

6.b Q: What is minimum cost of Basket?

A: The minimum cost per order is Rs. 500 for vegetables/fruits & Rs. 2500 for Groceries & other products. 

6.c Q: What If Something Is Wrong with My Order?

A: We have a dedicated team that looks after your entire Kitchen Club experience, from the moment you place an order right through to it arriving at your place. However, we do understand that sometimes things might go wrong. If this is the case, you can speak to our customer service team and report any issues. 6.d Q: How do I get a receipt for my order ?

A: It will be emailed to you automatically once the order has been delivered to you.

7.a Q: How we get Delivery Notification?

A: Yes, you can expect the delivery of your order during the time slot you have selected. Once your order reaches the hub nearest to your home, you will automatically receive an SMS containing your order details, name of the delivery associate with ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).

7.b Q: Why do you use so much packaging?

A: Kitchen Club uses specially designed packaging to ensure your food arrives fresh and safe every time! We are mindful of the amount of packaging used and are constantly looking for ways to develop sustainable solutions for our product.
